Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping (Pakistan) We offer a flat shipping rate of PKR 250 on all orders within Pakistan. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–8 business days depending on your location.
Cash on Delivery (COD) We accept Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. COD orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp or phone before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed COD orders.
International Shipping We currently ship to the following countries:

International orders are delivered within 10–20 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing Orders are processed Monday–Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at [your contact email/WhatsApp].
